Install at the right height — It is recommended to install the camera at a height of 2–3 meters, tilting downward about 15 degrees to get the best range for motion detection.
Motion detection range limit — Motion detection has a range limit, objects more than 8 meters away from the camera are difficult to detect successfully.
Avoid small spaces — It is not recommended to install the camera in a small space, as this will greatly affect the range of motion detection. Check if motion detection is turned on.
Storage required — If the camera does not have a storage card or cloud storage, there will be no trigger.
Check battery level — Check the battery level, if it is below 20%, the camera will enter low power protection mode, only phone monitoring is available, no alarm trigger is possible.
Increase detection sensitivity — Manually increase the "detection sensitivity" setting.
