Camera Cannot Turn On?

Steps to troubleshoot when your camera cannot power on

  1. Correct steps for powering on: Charge the camera and the red indicator light indicates that the power on is successful. Please check whether the power adapter and the connection cable are complete.
  2. Insufficient battery: After holding the Power button for a long time, if the red light flashes 5 times and then turns off, please charge the camera for 1 to 2 hours and try turning it on again.
  3. If the camera still fails to start after the above checks, please contact customer service for assistance.
