No Response When Scanning the Camera QR Code During Camera Addition?

Troubleshooting steps when scanning the camera QR code gets no response

  1. Adjust the distance of the phone camera.
  2. After scanning successfully, the camera will play a prompt sound.
  3. Please scan the QR code when the camera's working indicator light is flashing between red and blue.
  4. After scanning, the phone will automatically connect to the camera's hotspot and send WiFi information.
  5. If you cannot connect to the hotspot, check if the camera is in WIFI mode (yellow mode light).
  6. If none of the above methods work, please contact the brand's after-sales customer service for help.
